Jack Austin calls from many numbers and has always states he is some officer of the law. Always claims that some legal case is being filed againgst me and can settle today if paid before it is download.He has been reported to all law inforcement agencies and confirmed he is no officer of the law and spoof numbers from different areas and states. He gets info from the internet when you file for anything. I believe he does work for Sallie Mae student loans and a past collection officer for USA loans. Same voice from all the agencies. calls daily, caller does not respond when phone is answered.

a foreign man called looking for one of our employees.. saying he was from bank of america. he said this persons account was going to be closed and he needed to get their information. i asked for a call back number. when i put the person on hold, they hung up. when i called the number back it rang back to a midlantic transport company. this is the second call in 2 days like this.. BEWARE!!!

They called my parents and asked them to talk to me. The most important and wondering thing is that they know my complete name including first,middle& family name!

Calle spoke in broken English with a thick accent. He refused to tell me how he got my number, and when I asked fo his name and address of the company he started screaming at me, then hung up.
